Thank you for shopping at 'All in The Fam'! We’re excited for you to receive your unique, personalized products.
Since we are a print-on-demand store, every item is custom-made for you as soon as you place an order. This allows us to offer a wide range of designs and reduces waste, but it also means our shipping process works a little differently than a traditional store. Please read our policy carefully to understand how and when you'll receive your order.
1. Order Production & Fulfillment
After you place an order, our fulfillment partners begin the process of creating your custom item. The production time is separate from the shipping time.

Production Time: Typically, it takes 2-7 business days to create your product before it is shipped. During peak seasons (e.g., holidays), this time may be slightly longer.
2. Shipping Times & Costs
Once your item is produced, it will be shipped to you. Shipping times and costs are calculated based on your location and the items in your order.
Shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

United Kingdom: Estimated delivery is 3-7 business days after the item has been shipped.

United States: Estimated delivery is 4-9 business days after the item has been shipped.

International (All Other Markets): Estimated delivery is 7-14 business days after the item has been shipped. Please note that shipping times can vary greatly depending on the destination country's postal service.
Please note: The above are estimated delivery times and are not guaranteed. They do not include the production time.
3. Tracking Your Order
A tracking number will be sent to the email address you provided once your order has been shipped. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to update once you receive the notification.
4. Important Information for International Customers

Customs Fees, Duties, and Taxes: Your order may be subject to import duties, customs fees, and taxes levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information regarding your country's regulations.

Customs Delays: Please be aware that customs processing can sometimes cause delays beyond our control.
5. Multiple Shipments
We partner with two different fulfillment providers, Shine On and Printify, to bring you a diverse range of products. If you order multiple items from both providers (e.g., a necklace from Shine On and a t-shirt from Printify), your order may arrive in separate packages at different times.
6. Incorrect Address & Undeliverable Packages
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the shipping address is correct. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, you will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping the item.
7. Lost or Stolen Packages
If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please check with your neighbors or local post office first. If you are still unable to locate the package, please contact us with your order number. We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the situation, but we are not responsible for packages that are confirmed as delivered.
